Parents deserve clear, factual information about how online lessons are kept appropriate and safe. Several sections below are scaffolded until the academy confirms operational details — we would rather leave a placeholder than publish invented policy.
How tutors are vetted before matching
To be confirmed by the academy. This section will describe the real steps taken before a tutor is matched with a student — for example background checks, subject evaluation, or references — once leadership supplies the accurate process. We will not invent a vetting story here.
Lesson platform and privacy features
To be confirmed by the academy. This section will name the video platform used for live lessons and summarize the privacy or safety features that matter to parents, once those facts are provided.
Who may be present, recording, and data handling
To be confirmed by the academy. This section will state who may join a lesson (for example a parent nearby for younger children), whether sessions are recorded, and how lesson-related data is handled — only after the business confirms each point.
What parents can expect
To be confirmed by the academy. A short parent code-of-conduct / expectations statement will appear here: how to prepare the learning space, how to raise schedule changes, and what respectful participation looks like during online lessons.
How to report a concern
If you have a safeguarding or welfare concern about a lesson or tutor, contact us promptly at contact@trustedonlinequranteachers.com or via the contact form, and mark the message as a concern. What happens after you report — who reviews it, typical response time, and escalation — will be documented here once the academy confirms its internal process. Until then, treat email and the contact form as the official channels.
