We do not ask for a child's own private contact details; forms are addressed to a parent or guardian, or directly to an adult learner.
How we use this information
Information submitted through our forms is used to review your enquiry, match a suitable tutor, arrange lesson scheduling, and communicate with you about your request. It is stored in our secure server-side database and is not sold to third parties.
Analytics
If configured, this site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general usage patterns such as page views and interactions with buttons. Analytics events are configured not to include personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or message content.
Third-party services
Where an admin notification webhook or CRM integration is configured on our servers, accepted enquiry details may be forwarded to that service to help our team respond. No such integration is used to publish your details publicly.
Data retention
We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and maintain accurate business records, after which records may be archived or deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you have submitted by contacting us through the contact form.
