Free trial lessons
Trial lessons carry no charge, so no refund is applicable to them. If you decide not to continue after your trial lessons, simply let our team know; there is no automatic enrollment or charge afterward.
Rescheduling a paid lesson
Each lesson plan has its own notice period for rescheduling a class:
- Weekend Explorer: Reschedule with at least 12 hours notice.
- Balanced Path: Reschedule with at least 8 hours notice.
- Intensive Fluency: Priority rescheduling support.
Provide notice through your confirmed booking channel before the scheduled session wherever possible.
Missed lessons
A lesson missed without the notice described above may not be eligible for rescheduling, since the tutor's time has already been reserved. Genuine emergencies are considered individually; contact our team as soon as possible if this happens.
Cancelling an ongoing plan
You may pause or cancel an ongoing plan by contacting our team. Any refund for lessons paid for but not yet delivered is assessed individually based on your specific plan and payment arrangement at the time.

If you have a question about a specific payment or believe a charge was made in error, contact us directly through the contact form with the relevant details so we can review it.
