Using this website
This website provides information about Trusted Online Quran Teachers's courses and allows you to submit enquiries and trial lesson requests. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Enquiries and bookings
A submitted enquiry or trial request is not an automatically confirmed lesson booking. A lesson time is only confirmed once our team follows up and you agree on a specific tutor and time together.
Free trial lessons
The current trial offer includes 3 lessons of 30 minutes each, at no cost and without requiring payment details. This offer may be updated from time to time; the current terms are always those described on the Free Trial page.
Fees and plans
Numerical fees are confirmed directly with our team once a plan and subject are selected. See our Fees page for plan structures, and our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund arrangements.
Learner conduct
Lessons are expected to be conducted respectfully by both tutor and student. Repeated disruptive behavior, or behavior that makes a tutor feel unsafe, may result in a paused or ended arrangement, communicated to you clearly and directly.
No guaranteed outcomes
Learning outcomes, including reading fluency, Tajweed accuracy, or memorization completion, depend on the individual learner's consistency and practice. No specific timeline or outcome is guaranteed by enrolling in any course or plan.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as our operating arrangements develop. The version published on this page at the time of your enquiry applies to that enquiry.
